OUR BAHAMAS CRUISE VACATION
I STILL can't believe how lucky Jay and I are to have such a loving family. His parents celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary this year and what did they want to do? They wanted us all to go on a Royal Caribbean cruise to the BAHAMAS!
I made it a point to not have my phone or camera on me constantly, I wanted to actually enjoy vacation considering I hadn't been away since I was a teenager. Plus, this was the first trip Jay and I were able to take together since we've gotten married so we soaked up all the free time R&R we could! We ate too much, slept in, and caught up family time with these amazing people we love so much. Being around such good people was the best part! Even playing shuffleboard at 1 AM! The views were gorgeous, and if you ever have the opportunity to go to CoCoCay, Royal Carribean's private island - PLEASE DO SO! The white sandy beaches, clear ocean water, and warm tropical breezes were heavenly. Jay and I visited the Kennedy Space Center in our stop in FL, then had mini photo sessions in Nassau, Bahamas, and ended our excursions with jet skis and snorkeling in CoCoCay! I watched my father in law win a dance contest, saw my husband do the worm in front of nearly the entire ship during a game show, and went through a NASA flight simulator like a little kid, haha! It was such an incredible vacation; we are so blessed to have been apart of it!
We met this amazing couple at our adjoined dinner table - Gabe + Tiffanie! They were on their honeymoon and I just couldn't help but take a few gorgeous photos of them on formal night!
